July 2026: Who has ever known the heart of the Lord?
1 Corinthians 2:16: "Who knew that the heart of the Lord was teaching him? But we have the heart of Christ."
We are grateful to our team of volunteers, who have the heart of Christ and wish to walk alongside missionaries.
Let us see at a senior counselor from our team volunteers:
"Embarking on the mission path is a long journey with no end in sight."
I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with frontline missionaries through online interviews with team teachers. This missionary couple took on the mission ministry with faith in the Lord. They established churches locally while also building families and raising children. Since it was their first meeting, the missionary couple spoke openly about their lives.
However, when we invited them to offer prayer requests, the missionary hesitated, while the wife remained silent.
However, when the team teacher led everyone in united prayer, the guidance and comfort of the Lord Jesus personally came upon them. The unspoken hardships turned into tears, revealing their passionate desire to rekindle the passion they had left home and fully devoted themselves to the Lord. Later, when the interview ended, the couple's interaction brought warmth and smiles. These things left a deep impression and moved me.
From their sharing, since that day more than ten years ago, only they have gone to pioneer missions. Today, many families have accepted the Lord Jesus and hold regular worship gatherings. These visible fruits of the gospel are truly inspiring and motivating.
However, embarking on the mission path is a long journey with no clear end, and inevitably there are moments of solitary struggle. In addition to facing the expectations of supporting the church and the indicators of ministry 'success,' motivated missionaries often hold themselves to high standards; On top of that, the practical challenges of caring for children and managing household chores have become invisible burdens.
May the Lord Jesus bless these faithful servants, grant them grace and joy, and continue to empower and strengthen them.
Prayer Requests: (Please pray immediately and walk alongside missionaries!) )
Please remember our concern for missionary families worldwide. Some missionary children go to the workplace but still have not found school for several months, some drop out because they cannot adapt to the school's academic standards, some cannot afford tuition, go hungry, and suffer severe depression, living in a 'lying flat' world. Among them, children who frequently move and transfer schools with their parents have changed schools ten times in their teens. They truly face tremendous challenges in their academic growth. May the Heavenly Father grant love and mercy, so that the Abundant Mission team may have the wisdom to help serve them.
We are grateful that we established the missionary parent-teacher group, enabling them to support each other and helping them learn how to have a good relationship with their own third cultural children.
Grateful for the increase in youth missionary children's fellowship numbers. May the Lord bless us to become teachers and companions for children from third cultures.
Please remember a missionary's wife who returned home to visit relatives due to an elderly family member falling ill. She suddenly developed facial paralysis and is still undergoing treatment without improvement. This missionary is busy serving and must care for several children on her own, including one who is suffering from depression. Pray that the Lord grants the team wisdom to help them in their crisis and walk side by side with them.
May the Lord bless the advisors, directors, and coworkers of the abundance delegation, and all those who pray and dedicate together, so that they may receive abundance in the Lord.
May the Lord of Abundance continually help the Abundance Mission serve effectively, bring prosperity to families, faith to follow the Lord, courage to move forward without regret, draw people to the Lord, build the church, and glorify the Lord's name.
