Our History
The founders are Simon Kwok and Pearl Yeung. They are ordained missionaries for life and served as cross-cultural missionaries in Mongolia for many years. After leaving the mission field, Simon worked as the general director of a mission agency in his hometown. During his tenure, he also cared for the missionaries of the organization. Pearl also volunteered to care for missionaries as well.
They have experienced the hardships of missions. They are also aware that many missionaries leave the mission field because of the lack of proper care. Since 2021, Simon and Pearl mentored missionary candidates and cross-cultural missionaries. They supported and fostered growth in marriage and parent-child relationships, provided leadership advice and spiritual insight.
They believe that cultivating the resilience of missionary children is an effective way to reduce the missionaries’ stress. They conduct fellowship and character-building programs for them. They saw the children grow mentally and spiritually, releasing burdens for their families.
Simon and Pearl desires to care for the entire missionary family. They began their missionary care ministry with only five families. By God’s grace, the number of people they served increased year by year. By the end of 2025, the total number of people they serve exceeded 120. At the same time, more like-minded friends joined and served together. As the need for missionary care grew, the team agreed to found a non-profit organization that could help more missionaries. We successfully registered as a non-profit organization in January 2026 and obtained tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status to issue tax-exempt receipts.
